Vineyard Facilities for Events
The Vineyard facilities offer several opportunities to serve the needs of special events including parties, weddings, receptions and business meetings. For rental information contact the Vineyard Office at 310-391-7366, or contact Stephi Gammon, stephi@vcfwestside.org.
THE PATIO
The Patio is surrounded by beautiful brick archways and features a 'water-wall' with ferns and fountain, built-in heaters and lighting for evening events. It can seat up to 75 guests at tables with additional seating in the adjoining Gallery Room. The Patio and Gallery can be combined to comfortably provide for a less fully tabled reception of 150 guests. The Patio is available on Saturdays.
THE GALLERY ROOM
The Gallery Room, which adjoins the outdoor patio, is a beautiful dining-event room which can seat up to 45 at tables or 60 in rows. It is generally available Monday through Thursday from 7am to 9:30pm, Fridays until 5pm, and Saturdays in conjunction with the patio from 10am until 5pm.
The Sanctuary is a beautiful setting for weddings, theater, concerts or large presentations. It features an old European style combined with state-of-the-art lighting, sound and video systems. It can be set up with theater style seating for up to 260 or incorporate tables of various sizes for up to 150.
THE CASTLE ROOM (for children)
The Castle Room was especially designed to provide a fun experience for children (ages 2-8) as well as those who care for them. It features a large indoor play structure, play stations and a direct access restroom just for children. The Castle Room serves as a great room for children's birthday parties or as a special room for children during another event.
AMENITIES
Catering
The Vineyard facilities are served by the Coffee Connection which offers:
- The finest coffee, espresso and assorted teas
- Refreshing ice-blended and juice drinks
- Delicious pastries, sandwiches and salads
We also provide a list of selected catering resources that can meet the needs of your event. Our on-site kitchen helps serve these needs.
Furnishings
The Vineyard facilities can provide for a wide range of seating arrangements, including banquet and classroom chairs as well as small and large round tables.
Audio-Visual
The Vineyard facilities includes state-of-the-art equipment built into the Sanctuary (theater). In addition, we can provide overhead projectors, a large T.V. monitor and Internet access.
Parking
The Vineyard facilities offers two adjoining parking lots, as well as street parking on Centinela and Venice Blvd. For events involving more than 120 cars, we suggest the use of parking attendants to double park or direct to nearby parking.
Children
The Vineyard facilities is a welcome place for children, with rooms designed to meet their needs (i.e. a sound-proof nursing room which views the sanctuary, a nursery and the Castle Room). However, children must be accompanied by adults, and an appropriate number of child care providers will be required for any event which includes children at the facility.
Alcohol
For reasons of liability and discretion, alcohol may not be served in the Vineyard facilities.
The Vineyard facilities are owned by, and serve the life of, the Vineyard Christian Fellowship, Westside.
