Please pray for ...
The expansion of God’s kingdom as we set our hearts to serve the Lord together and especially as we consider the following requests:
Our Nation: Pray for wisdom for the President of the nation and our nation’s leaders.
Women's Ministry: Please pray for annointing, wisdom and discernment for Pastor Sandra Giet, team members and other leaders.
India Vineyards: John and Carol Christian pastor the Chennai Vineyard. Sunny and Vika Gilbert pastor the Dehra Dun Vineyard Center, and they are actively involved in church planting in India.
Vineyard Church plant: Katherine Haubert is planting a church in Madison, Wisconsin.
Association of Vineyard Churches provides structure and support to church planting in the United States and overseas.
CAIR (Christian Adults in Recovery) has resumed for its spring session. Please pray for the Lord’s protection, provision, equipping for Tim Fuller and Frank Stevens as final preparations are completed.
Coffee Fellowship: Please pray that the Lord would minister Jesus’ love through each interaction with guests and members between Sunday celebration services. Pray also for wisdom, discernment and strength as Heidi Wessels continues to coordinate the team.
Children’s Church: Please pray for Kathy Pittluck, Rebecca Moore, Sheri Edwards and team as they continue to lead Children’s Church. Pray also for protection, nurturing and growth in Jesus for our families and their neighborhoods.
Cleansing Stream: Please pray for Karen Erickson and her team as they lead more than 30 people in this in-depth discipleship and personal cleansing course. Pray for open hearts and the Lord’s protection over all in the class.
Coffee Connection: Please pray for wisdom, discernment and compassion as Liz Hooker and team members minister the Lord’s love daily at the café.
Harvest Home: Please pray for Jennifer Jensen and board members as they continue to implement the Lord’s will to help women in crisis pregnancies. Pray also for financial blessing, more volunteers, peace and that those in the house would receive Jesus and leave transformed.
Home churches: Please pray for home church leaders, guests and members as the season of gathering together winds down. Pray also for the Lord’s anointing and equipping for the leaders. Please note that individual groups, as listed in your bulletin, may be prayed for, as well as home groups in general.
Homeless ministry: Please pray for Bill Brooks, Bruce Wadenius and team members as they continue to minister to the homeless on a regular basis. Pray also for protection, discernment and provision.
Hosting team: Please pray that the Lord would minister through each team member as they seek to share Jesus’ love and truth before, during and after Sunday celebration services. Pray also for wisdom and peace as Pancho Gacayan continues to coordinate the team.
Intercessory Prayer Team: Please pray for knowing God’s heart and protection for the members of the team who pray on Friday evenings and Sunday mornings before the services.
Ironworks (Men’s ministry): Please pray for anointing, wisdom and discernment for Dio Yang and other leaders involved in a variety of ministries geared toward men. Check your bulletin for details on specific events.
Pastors and Elders: Please pray for wisdom, discernment and protection for our pastors and elders as they seek the Lord’s guidance for our church.
Prayer ministries: Please pray for the Lord’s hand and individual touch as team members minister on Sundays and throughout the week. Pray for wisdom, discernment and protection over Karen Erickson, who coordinates Intensive Prayer, and Elizabeth Bayee who coordinates After Service Prayer.
Vineyard bookstore: Please pray for the Lord’s anointing as Chris Bayee, Emily Deu and team members spread God’s Word through the services of the bookstore.
Women’s ministry: Please pray for anointing, wisdom and discernment for Pastor Sandra Giet, team members and other leaders involved in a variety of ministries for women. Check your bulletin for specific details on events.
Remember Our Individual Concerns
Continue to pray for one another, that our faith may grow and our witness become stronger, praying especially for the following requests:
Rosie and Michael Amador: Please pray for Rosie's mother, Irma, who is having complications with her pacemaker that affect the rest of her body. Pray also that the entire family and their friends will continue to support her mentally and physically. Pray for Rosie, Michael and their daughters that their hearts would be touched by the grace and power of God. Please pray for their neighbors, Robert and Shimie, whose baby daugther Julia was rushed to the hospital recently. Pray for her complete healing and strength.
Anders Falk: Please continue to pray against depression and for a miraculous healing for friend Marcus Vegh, 46, who was diagnosed with terminal throat cancer and lung cancer about a year ago, restricting his breathing. Doctors are amazed he lived past October. The family's finances are running low, and Marcus has a wife and three beautiful children and was in full-time ministry.
Gary Hochberger: Please continue to pray for Gary, who was diagnosed with Lymphoma. Gary has completed radiation treatment for tumors on his brain and will continue chemotherapy. Please pray for a restoration of his immune system. Pray for his wife Nan and their sons as well, for peace and support during this time.
Debbie Mettler: Please pray for healing for her husband Roland, who has cancer. Please pray that his kidney would rebound so he would not have to go on dialysis. Pray also for the whole family that they would be filled with the Lord's peace and hope during this time.
Gwen Johnson: Please pray for complete healing and restoration as she battles breast cancer, which is in remission. Please pray for a breakthrough for her housing situation.
Matthew Abate: Please pray for his mother, who has been diagnosed with low-grade, non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, stage 4. She has begun chemotherapy, which will continue for approximately six months. Pray also for salvation for her and Matthew's stepfather. Pray for Matthew as he travels to visit them this weekend.
David and Tina Conrad: Please pray for healing for David and Tina, who sustained injuries in an automobile accident this past week.
Dio Yang: Please pray for healing for Dio, who underwent multiple gall bladder surgeries this past week.
Kurt Vanzo: Please pray for healing for Dean (brother), who is in intensive care in a New York state hospital because of what doctors believe is an advanced lung infection and pneumonia. Pray also for Dean's salvation and that of Kurt's father and several of his siblings.
